Markology ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing agency built specifically for accountants, CPAs, bookkeepers, tax professionals, and any other businesses, organizations, or individuals who interact with our site, services, or company. We're committed to protecting the privacy of every firm owner, partner, team member, prospect, visitor, vendor, or other party who visits our site, requests a marketing audit, books a strategy call, works with us as a client, or otherwise engages with Markology. Account Information: Username, password, and login credentials when you create an account or access a client portal.
Payment Information: Billing address and payment details when you become a paying client. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Marketing Platform Access: If you become a client, you may grant us access to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, hosting/CMS, social accounts, CRM, or any other platforms necessary to deliver the marketing work you've hired us to do.

Information We Collect Automatically

Client Data and Access Credentials
If you've shared logins or granted access to your marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, GBP, CMS, CRM, or any other platforms), you can revoke that access at any time. We remove our access from your accounts and delete stored credentials within 30 days of contract end

Security
We take reasonable measures including encrypted password management, role-based access, and secure cloud storage to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for business owners, professionals, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or provide any information on the Site.
